here's another letter to tell you about what i've been up to and what's coming up, including opportunities for YOU to get your very own, super hot video that you can treasure forever. :)

if you've been following our adventures at all, you know by now that i've been living in a van and traveling the country with my business partner and husband, Drake ManO'War.

we've been journeying through the pacific northwest for the past 2 months or so, and we are totally in love with it. having grown up in southern california, we are always in awe of places that are dripping with greenery. we drove up the coast of oregon, which is full of its own stunning beaches to rival that of so cal, and made our way up to the portland area. we spent a LOT of time in that area, visiting old friends and making new ones! that community was so welcoming, the food was outstanding, and we really do know so many good people there that we just loved it. our plan is to settle in the next year in an area somewhere around portland or seattle.

i did some shoots while i was there, including the one at the top of this letter, for yanks.com. i highly recommend checking this site out! it's all completely female produced and all 100% real. i love working for natural, authentic sites like yanks. the director, Lily Campbell, is such a genuine sweetie and a pleasure to shoot for. i did 2 days of shooting with Amber Chase (@amberchase), and on the third day, we had an epic threesome with Verronica Kirei (@verronicakirei). as you can see by the photo, we absolutely tuckered ourselves out with all the lady lovin'.

after that, we headed northwards to the seattle area, where we saw some sites, visited friends, and worked for another site: lostbets.com. i've shot for lost bets a few times, though usually those shoots have taken place at fetishcon. this time, i came to them up in the northwest, and had a really awesome couple of days hanging out and shooting some great content for them, including some sexy boy/girl stuff with Drake. definitely check out that site, and watch for my new content to come out, as well as search for my old stuff! some clips are from 2009 when i seemed like such a baby with my short haircut!

after spending some time in seattle, i got notice via instagram of a big van life meetup happening in the most northwestern part of the continental US, Neah Bay Washington. we were already in WA, so we of course had to go! on the way up there, we stopped at olympic national park and camped at the Hoh Rainforest, and it was stunning. SO lush and green.

then we drove on some totally empty, windy roads all the way to Neah Bay. the scenery was out of this world on that drive, so gorgeous. as we drove up, we saw a few vans already there (we came a day early). i started getting excited, and walked to the beach while Drake set up our van to spend the next few days camping. this view was breathtaking.

by the following day, TONS of people showed up with their vans, and they were all EPIC! touring all the vans and seeing how everyone else set up their rigs was so much fun. i was so impressed as well! when i first got my van it was back in 2004, and "van life" wasn't really a thing back then, so i just had my interior built with more character than utility. so, it looks really cool inside, but not a lot can be done besides sleeping, storing and chilling. but these other vans had full on kitchens, portable fridges, some had toilets, i even saw a sprinter van with a shower! most of the vans also were tall enough to stand in. if i were to do it over again now, i would make it totally different! but i still love old squanchy, even though my knees are really starting to ache from moving around in there. and, i was actually told by one other vanner that our van had "the most character of all the vans" he had seen. pretty cool!

anyway, over the course of the next few days (was only supposed to be 3, turned into almost 6!), we made some really amazing bonds, met some beautiful people, heard really killer music from all of the musicians who came (like serious, radio quality, musicians who tour in australia), and just had the most incredible time. we really felt this sense of community with these other vanlifers, and we hope to meet them all again somewhere down the road.

after that long in one place, we were ready to head out again! we are now traveling eastward yet again. we went to rainier national park, and as i write this i am in montana, about to head out to glacier national park. woo hoo!
